SCHEDULE:

10:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (3 1/4 Hrs) Monday through Thursday

9:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (4 1/4 Hrs) Friday

When school is in session and lunch is served.  Hours may vary with workload.

 

SALARY RANGE:

$10.94 - $12.70 (Class VI)

 

  

DUTIES:
Sets up dish machine, operates dish machine, breaks down dish machine for daily cleaning.  Pot and pan
washing between lunch lines.  Must be willing to learn cashiering.   Sweeps and mops dish room and any
other duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Job requires good communication skills including writing and reading abilities.  As a successful applicant, you will need to communicate with students, staff, administration and the public.  Some computer knowledge is helpful. You must be willing to learn Point Of Sale Cashiering System.  Applicant must be able to push, pull or lift items weighing at least 35 pounds.  You will be required to pass a proficiency test showing ability to read and convert recipes.  You will also be required to attend any job related training as provided by the Food Service Dept.  During probation, must be able to pass a Foodservice Employee Safety Test with 80% or higher score.
