957 Food Service Cook/Server 10:30 AM - 1:45 PM
SCHEDULE:
10:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. (3 ¼ Hours)
(Time in/out may vary according to menu)
Monday through Friday, when school is in session and lunch is served.  (Hours may vary with workload.)
 
SALARY RANGE:
$10.72 - $12.74 (Class VII)
 
DUTIES:
Prepares line for serving and serves on the lunch line, cleans the line, sweeps and mops.  Help with ware washing, and any other duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Job requires good communication skills including writing and reading abilities as a successful applicant will need to communicate with students, staff, administration and the public.  Some computer knowledge helpful and must be willing to learn Point Of Sale Cashiering System.  Applicant must be able to push, pull or lift items weighing at least 35 pounds. Must be willing to come in early or stay late to learn or to fill in for assistant manager. You may be required to pass a proficiency test showing ability to read and convert recipes.  You will also be required to attend any job-related training as provided by the Food Service Dept.   During probation, must be able to pass a Foodservice Employee Safety Test with 80% or higher score.
